We currently offer home delivery within our service areas and store pickup where applicable.

4. Home Delivery / Store Pickup

Receive your order at your doorstep or collect it from our store, based on the option selected.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Due to the nature of grocery items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged or spoiled

  • The product is incorrect or missing

  • The product is past its expiry date

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Opened or used food items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products returned after the allowed reporting time

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per our store policy.
